About the Role:
Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) is seeking an Operations Leader to support our Bearings, Seals & Hydraulics Division in Euclid, Ohio.
This position is perfect for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence in a machine shop environment.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily shop floor activities.
- Coach and develop machinists and programmers.
- Support production planning and workflow management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and production schedules.
- Collaborate with operations and manufacturing leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing leadership experience.
- Shop floor supervision experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team development and coaching experience.
- Production scheduling knowledge.
Preferred:
- Machining background.
- CNC exposure.
- Epicor ERP.
- Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence.
