About MD&A:
Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A) is a leading provider of turbine repair, engineering, and field services for the power generation industry. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Steam Path Division in St. Louis, Missouri.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in steam turbine repair, engineering operations, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Manage engineering resources across multiple repair projects.
- Oversee steam path repair activities and technical execution.
- Review engineering reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Support shop operations, field services, and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate third-party subcontractors and technical partners.
- Drive continuous improvement, training, and engineering procedures.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of engineering experience within the power generation industry.
- Proven engineering leadership experience.
- Steam turbine repair experience.
- Steam path repair experience.
- Knowledge of steam path design.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Able to work on-site in St. Louis, MO.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Engineering Management experience.
- Experience supporting multiple OEM turbine platforms.
