Commercial Manager
Job Summary:
Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis (MD&A), a world-class provider of power generation services, turbine repairs, and industrial solutions, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Parts Division in Euclid, Ohio.
This position is responsible for managing commercial proposals, customer relationships, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales activities related to turbine and generator parts for customers in the power generation and industrial sectors.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for turbine and generator components.
- Develop pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitive pricing.
- Support business development and growth initiatives.
- Prepare backlog, opportunity, and revenue reports.
- Oversee suppliers and procurement activities.
- Participate in customer support and emergency response rotation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field OR 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Power Generation, Turbine Services, or Industrial Equipment.
- 5+ years in commercial, proposal management, or technical sales roles.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
